Conveniently the bedrooms are mostly on the same level as the front door making light work of the unpacking.
Down the spectacular spacious contemporary staircase you arrive in the large family kitchen with open plan dining and living overlooking the beaches.
The Drawing Room has stunning sea views, plenty of seating and a gas fire. The room leads onto the terrace with outdoor dining table.
The Sitting Room has a large picture window with magnificent views, and is equipped with a large TV, video, DVD, and gas fire.
The Family kitchen is a huge open plan room over 10 metres long! There is a sunny seating area which has window seats with magnificent views of the estuary and the open sea. The modern kitchen area is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob and dishwasher. There is a separate Utility Room which is equipped with steel sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor there are the following rooms: Bedroom 1 is a large dual aspect room with views of garden and sea, a kingsize bed (5') and a wash basin. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed (5'), large windows with sea views, and wash basin. Bedroom 3 has a Double bed, wash basin and sea views. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and views of the garden. Family bathroom with a Bath, wash basin, a new shower cubicle, WC, and bidet. Shower Room is Fully tiled,with a large shower cubicle and basin and a Separate WC.
The secret staircase (behind a door) leads to bedroom 5 with twin pine slatted beds, with sea views, which leads to Bedroom 6 which as single divan, basin.
In the garden there is a large terrace well furnished with a large dining table and other seating. There is a Charcoal BBQ, and separate paved drying area outside backdoor ideal for wetsuits and life jackets. The beautiful 1/4 acre garden is landscaped with a Gazebo, and shaded arbour and lots of pretty paths zig-zagging down to Cliff Road.
